My mom was there for their PT in the skilled wing.   I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart.  PT got my mom walking better than before. What an awesome group of people.   The skilled nurses and aids were so very good to my mom. Exceptional care.  I would like to personally thank Marie and Cecilia for the best care for my mom. I Highly recommend Elm Terrance Gardens.  The staff is extremely professional & caring.  Our Mother was there and I can not express enough how wonderful they were with her.  She was well taken care of and really liked all her nurses and helpers.  They keep their facilities exceptionally clean!!

  • Full Lifecare: Access independent living, personal care, memory care, and skilled nursing services without increasing your monthly service fee. Similar to a long-term insurance policy, this plan prevents out-of-pocket costs if your healthcare needs suddenly change in the future.
  • 50% Refundable: You pay a higher entrance fee and lower monthly service fee, and 50% of your entrance fee can be used towards healthcare services as needed. If your healthcare needs change in the future, you will have priority access to healthcare services at the per diem rates for each level and pay only for services that you use.
  • Fee-for-Service Program: This plan has a no-money down occupancy fee and is a straight monthly rental option. You pay only for services that you use.
