Grief is a journey we all walk in our own time, in our own way — but you don’t have to walk it alone.

Loving Memories is a bereavement support group open to anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one. Whether your grief is fresh or you’re navigating life years after a loss, we welcome you with open arms and listening hearts.

There is no cost and no need to register — simply come as you are. This is a safe, compassionate space where healing begins through shared stories, quiet reflection, and mutual support.

Every Last Saturday of the month

Each month, we gather to honor those we’ve lost, support one another through the grief journey, and explore healthy ways to cope and find meaning moving forward.

Together, we reflect on:

• The many forms and stages of grief

• Honoring loved ones through memory and ritual

• Finding strength in community

• Navigating difficult days, anniversaries, and transitions

Whether you feel ready to share or simply need a place to sit with your thoughts, Loving Memories offers a calm, understanding presence — and a reminder that you are not alone.
