Caring for a loved one with memory loss can be an overwhelming and isolating experience — but you don’t have to go through it alone.
Caring Connections is a welcoming and supportive group designed specifically for caregivers of those living with memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease. Whether you’re a spouse, child, sibling, or friend providing care, we invite you to join us for a time of shared understanding, helpful resources, and heartfelt support.
Free & Open to the Public
There is no cost to attend, and no registration is required. Just come as you are — whether it’s your first time reaching out or you’ve been on this journey for a while.
