You Are Not Alone: Grief & Life Transitions Support Group

Life is filled with seasons of change, and some of those seasons can feel overwhelming. Whether you are grieving the loss of a spouse or loved one, navigating the emotional challenges of caregiving, coping with the decline of aging parents, or adjusting to a major life transition, you don’t have to face it alone.

Elm Terrace Gardens, in partnership with Wellness Hospice & Palliative Care, invites you to “You Are Not Alone,” a welcoming monthly support group designed to provide comfort, encouragement, and meaningful connection. This group offers a safe, compassionate space where participants can share their experiences, listen to others who understand, and find support through life’s most difficult moments.

Led by caring professionals, each session encourages open conversation while helping participants build connections with others walking similar paths. Whether you choose to share your story or simply listen, you’ll be welcomed with understanding, respect, and compassion.

When: Third Wednesday of every month at 2:00 PM
