If you’re feeling overwhelmed\, isolated\, or simply need a place to connect with others who understand your journey\, the Caring Connections Partner & Caregiver Support Group is here for you. \nHosted at Elm Terrace Gardens\, this free monthly support group provides a welcoming and confidential environment where caregivers can share experiences\, discuss challenges\, celebrate successes\, and gain encouragement from others walking a similar path. Whether you’re caring for someone with memory loss\, a chronic illness\, mobility challenges\, or the natural effects of aging\, you’ll find understanding\, compassion\, and practical support. \nParticipants are invited to: \n\n\nConnect with fellow caregivers in a supportive setting. \n\n\nShare experiences\, concerns\, and helpful resources. \n\n\nLearn coping strategies for managing caregiver stress. \n\n\nTake time to focus on their own well-being while supporting someone they love. \n\n\nMeeting Information\nWhen: Third Friday of every month\nTime: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM \nLocation:\nDorothy Morris Room (DMR)\nElm Terrace Gardens\n660 N.
